Well, the answer is when your landlords do not let you rescue this 3 month old mix of Aussie shephard & Redbone coonhound puppy from the Humane Society for our daughter's surprise Christmas present because of their new carpets, though the yard is on an acre with a great open green space for the Blue dog to play all day...ARGHhhh!
